Instructions & Procedures on Recovery of Deposits Made to Wrong Address on BHEX Exchange
The workaround methods for users whose deposits were made to the wrong address explained are as follows:
1. Deposits made to a non-BHEX address:
If the deposit is made to a non-BHEX address, recovery of the deposit is not possible.
2. Not Met the Minimum deposit requirement:
a.BHEX has removed the minimum deposit limit for mainstream cryptocurrencies;
b.All deposits that meet the new minimum sum requirement will be credited. (Including deposits made before 18 December 2020)

3. Deposits of asset A made to the address of asset B at BHEX Exchange (Eg. BTC to BCH address at BHEX Exchange):
If the deposit you made with higher value, please provide your BHEX UID, type of asset, deposit amount, deposit address and TXID by sending us an email to service@hbtc.com with the email subject "Deposits made to wrong address + UID". We will notify our wallet team for assets recovery. Such requests may take some time to process. We seek your kind understanding.
4. For deposits of EOS, XRP and other assets without TAG or wrong TAG
Please send the following information to service@bhex.com with the title of “Forgot to fill Tag for deposit xxx (Token name) +UID” :
your BHEX UID/account, your transaction hash, and a video (that contains the process of you login this transfer-out account, the website of the transfer-out platform, the record of this transfer (, and the transaction hash, token name, amount and time)..
We will notify our wallet team for assistance. Such requests may take 15-30 working days to process. We seek your kind understanding.
5. Deposits of assets that have not been listed on BHEX Exchange:
Users have to wait for the asset to be listed on BHEX Exchange.
