Some of our users have misunderstood the value of our point card during the campaign and has made feedback to us. We understood the concern and therefore made the following decision.
In line with our principle of serving our users and protecting our users’ interest, we will open point card refund function. Users who need to refund may contact our customer service officer or submit a ticket for refund, our customer service team will make the refund in the shortest time.
Period: Until 12pm 1 January 2019 (Singapore time GMT +8)
1.Point Card Refund Process
1.1 After the submission of refund request, BHEX will refund the full amount in the same digital asset used for purchasing the point card.
1.2 All rewarded BHT will be returned, if users have already sold their BHT then the refund amount will be determined according to the users’ income from selling their BHT.
Refund Amount = Total Amount used for purchasing point card – BTC gained from selling BHT * current exchange rate of BTC to the refund digital asset
The exchange rate will be determined by the current exchange rate when making the refund.
1.3 All rewarded GTP from point card purchase will be returned.
1.4 Users who made a refund of point card will be entitled with a 100 USDT worth of point card.
